Dial A Pilot is built by real airline pilots to help nervous fliers know what to expect. We keep this simple: we collect the least we can, we never sell your information, and you can leave any time.

What we collect

When you join the app waitlist or ask us to send you a turbulence forecast, we collect your email address. When you use the turbulence tool, we also store the flight details you enter, such as your origin, destination, and time, so we can build your forecast. We collect basic, anonymous usage information to keep the site working well.

How we use it

We use your email to send you the forecast you asked for, to let you know when the app launches, and to share occasional updates from the pilots. We use the flight details you enter only to generate your forecast and to improve the tool.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Dial A Pilot: Kit for managing our email list, Resend for delivering forecast emails, and Supabase for secure data storage. They process your information only to provide these services to us.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted.
